  Trail Description

The Hospital Community Trail traverses a utility right-of-way and connects Newport Road and the New London Hospital campus. Walkers can take advantage of a mowed, even-terrain pathway through a grassland and shrub habitat. The trail was developed through a partnership with New London Hospital and the New London Conservation Commission. Parking is available at the Colonial Place shopping plaza and in the Hospital parking lot. The trail crosses the headwaters of Lyon Brook with two stream crossings.
